Definition of terms Digital workspace Back Office - software through which the company provides services to the user if the latter registers in the system. User - an individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur who wants to or has already registered a corresponding account in the system. System user - an individual, representative of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur An entrepreneur who is registered in the program and in whose name an account has been opened. Each system user has a unique user name/ID and password. Space - an account opened in the name of an individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur with the appropriate name. Registration request - information fields filled in by an individual/legal entity/individual entrepreneur wishing to register, which are systematically transferred to the company administration for the purpose of registering an account for the user in the system. Company administration - persons with appropriate authorization who manage the resources of the LLC "Back Office" and the program, as well as provide services to users within the scope of using the system. Software Service - a service offered by the Company to users and which the user can receive only after registering in the system. User Account - a set of information that identifies a registered user. Service Agreement - an electronic/physical document containing a list of specific services, user rights and relevant payment terms, the signature of which is also carried out electronically/physically by the parties.
